About the role
We are seeking a Data Modeler / Data Modelling Resource with 3–5 years (listed: 4 Years) of hands-on experience in data modelling, database design, and data management. The role requires translating business requirements into scalable conceptual, logical, and physical data models and documenting ER diagrams, data dictionaries, and data flows. You will work remotely (India) on a C2C contract, collaborating with business analysts, developers, data engineers, and architects to ensure models align with implementation and reporting needs. The role includes identifying data quality and consistency issues and recommending solutions, supporting database design and optimization, and assisting with migrations or enhancements. Work timings: 12 to 9. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and experience on enterprise-level data modelling or database projects. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Requirements
- 4 years of relevant data modelling experience (3–5 years range acceptable)

- Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models based on business and technical requirements
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into appropriate data structures and models
- Create and maintain ER diagrams, data dictionaries, and data flow documentation
- Define relationships between data entities and ensure data consistency
- Identify data quality, duplication, and consistency issues and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, data engineers, and architects to align implementation with approved models and support ETL/reporting needs
