PowerBuilder Developer

About the role

sudocodelab_new is seeking a PowerBuilder Developer to join on a contract basis. This remote role based in India focuses on hands-on development, maintenance, debugging, and production support of PowerBuilder applications. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PowerBuilder experience and strong knowledge of PowerScript, DataWindow, and PFC. You will work on application development tasks, troubleshoot and resolve production issues, and support ongoing maintenance activities. Familiarity with REST APIs/web services and experience with PowerBuilder migration/modernization are advantageous. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required to work effectively in this remote contract role.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on PowerBuilder development experience.
• Strong knowledge of PowerScript, DataWindow, PFC, and PowerBuilder applications.
• Hands-on experience in application development, maintenance, debugging, and production support.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience with Oracle or SQL Server.
• Knowledge of REST APIs/Web Services and application integration (advantage).
• Experience in PowerBuilder migration/modernization (plus).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work remotely from India on a contract basis.
