About the role
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect / Senior Salesforce Engineer with 5+ years of relevant experience to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The role focuses on Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Automotive Cloud, integrations, automation, and AI capabilities. You will implement a Proof of Concept (PoC) covering case management, knowledge management, customer support functionality, integrations with external systems, and AI-assisted automation. The role requires hands-on development, architecture design, and collaboration with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders. This is a remote, contract role working on IST shift for an initial 6–12 month engagement. The ideal candidate can work independently and provide technical guidance across a multi-cloud Salesforce environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant Salesforce experience
- Strong hands-on Salesforce engineering and development background (Apex, Lightning)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Automotive Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and modern integration concepts
- Experience with Einstein / Service AI & Automation and identifying AI-assisted automation opportunities
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, Flows, and configuration
- Proven ability to translate business capability requirements into scalable technical designs and implementations across multiple clouds
