About the role
Join a technical pod building and operating cloud portal workloads across Azure and GCP. The role centers on DevOps and DevSecOps: infrastructure as code, secure CI/CD pipelines, automation, and reliability engineering, with regular application-level contributions to the portal when needed. You will design and maintain reusable Terraform and Ansible modules, build and operate scalable Azure and GCP environments (AKS/GKE, networking, Key Vault/managed identities), and implement CI/CD and deployment strategies (blue/green, canary, rollback) with observability and alerting. Work alongside a hands-on Technical Team Leader, use AI-first development practices daily, partner with product and security teams for compliance and governance, and participate in agile ceremonies and post-incident reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineering with full-stack application exposure
- Proven expertise in cloud architecture and automation on Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes (AKS/GKE) and reusable module design
- Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- Familiarity with container security, image scanning, and supply chain security practices
- Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell)
- Application-level experience building or maintaining portal-style web apps (modern JS/TS frontend and REST backend)
- Daily working fluency with AI-first development practices and reviewing AI-generated output for correctness and security
