Senior SAP Hybris Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SAP Hybris Developer to lead design and development of large/global SAP Hybris e‑commerce platforms (B2C and B2B). The role focuses on customizing Hybris-based e‑commerce applications, Hybris CMS and implementing end-to-end eCommerce modules to meet project objectives. You will design and develop high-quality backend and frontend code, build custom APIs, integrate with internal and 3rd-party systems, and implement search, caching and performance solutions. Strong testing, debugging and RCA skills are required to resolve production issues and ensure site availability and performance. This position is based in Gurgaon (on-site). Engagement details provided: 6 months; IST, BGV mandatory.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of total IT experience
• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience planning, architecting, developing, customizing and configuring large/global SAP Hybris e‑commerce platforms (B2C and B2B)
• Expertise with Hybris tools: Management Console, Administration Console, Cockpits, Cron Jobs, internationalization, personalization and security concepts
• Strong subject-matter expertise in product modeling, catalog structure, workflows and backoffice (Product Cockpit, Customer Service, WCMS, OMS)
• Solid knowledge of web technologies: Java, J2EE, AJAX, jQuery, JavaScript, XML; experience with Spartacus for frontend
• Experience with SOLR search configuration and tuning
• Design and develop custom APIs using design patterns; strong integration experience with internal systems and 3rd-party vendors (synchronous & asynchronous)
• Design and develop Hybris backoffice monitoring (Cron Jobs, Impex, logs, alerts), site availability and performance monitoring; experience with caching/in-memory solutions (EhCache, Oracle Coherence) is required
