Workday Functional Consultant (HRMS)

About the role

sudocodelab_new is seeking a Workday Functional Consultant (HRMS) on a contract basis to start ASAP. This remote role will focus on core Workday HRMS modules and integration and reporting tasks. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Advanced Compensation, Compensation, Time Management, and Absences. The consultant must understand EIB integrations and be strong with Workday reporting and security configuration. This is a Contract engagement (1+ year) for candidates based in India. Required experience: 8+ Year. Rate: 80 KPM. The consultant must be able to support PST hours (7pm–2am IST).

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience working with Workday HRMS (functional consultant)
• Hands-on experience with Advanced Compensation and Compensation modules
• Experience with Time Management / Time Tracking and Absences modules
• Understanding and practical experience with EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) integrations
• Strong Workday reporting skills (building/configuring reports)
• Workday security configuration experience
• Availability to support PST time zone (work hours 7pm–2am IST)
• Available for a 1+ year contract and able to start ASAP; remote (India-based)
